Contact the House

For anything about your reading — a payment that did not unlock, a question about the service, or a privacy matter — the house answers its own mail.

Writing about a payment

If you paid through PayPal and your full reading did not appear, include the email address on your PayPal receipt and the approximate time of payment. That lets us find the transaction quickly and make it right.

Writing about anything else

Reading support, feedback on the site, privacy questions, and press or partnership inquiries are all welcome at the address above. Tell us plainly what you need; a person of the house reads every message.
